Package Type column enhanced

Summary: Previously, when a user generated a Fufillment Charges report, the Package Type column always displayed a value of Mortgagedocs instead of the appropriate transaction package name. The Package Type column now displays the appropriate transaction's package name and not a value of Mortgagedocs.
Implementation Notes: This enhancement is available in the August release of Fulfillment Manager.

Download Reports Not Working After Browser Update

Issue: Download Reports stopped working after a recent Google Chrome browser update.
Solution:A configuration change was made and Download Reports work as before in both Google Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Implementation Notes: No implementation required.

Mailed document expiration behavior modified

Summary: Users can now identify the number of days to retain mailed documents at an Account level; when the default (7 days) does not meet their needs.
Implementation Notes: To specify a unique number of days to retain this data at an Account level (all transactions submitted under the account will be impacted) the Days to Expire field under the SETUP page should be used. If the default (7 days) is applicable there is no need to update/visit the SETUP page.
Fulfillment Manager URL change

Summary: The Fulfillment Manager production URL has changed from https://preforclosuremgr.com to https://docone.wolterskluwerfs.com.

Implementation Notes: All other environment URL's will remain the same; users should update their browser favorites/bookmarks accordingly.

September 1, 2016

Users can now cancel the printing and mailing of any package that resides in a Created status. We have implemented a Cancel Package button in the Status History Detail section of the Mailing Detail window. Clicking this button cancels the package and displays its delivery status as Canceled.

August 1, 2016

The Fulfillment Manager application has been updated to include a new mailing report that allows users to export mailing statuses as a report in .CSV format (Mailing Statuses Report CSV). Additionally, a new dropdown has been added that allows users to filter this report by Package Status.

The proposed report would include the following data:

  • Loan Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Package Type
  • Submitted Date
  • Status
  • Mailed Date
  • Mailing Type
  • Tracking Number
  • Error Date
  • Error Message

Ability to view more than 100 search results now available

Previously if a search query yielded more than 100 results, a message stated that users could only view the first 100 results. Fulfillment Manager has been enhanced to allow users to view more than 100 search results. For more information, see Viewing Mail Search Results.

Ability to sort results now available

When navigating through search results, users can use the up/down arrows for each column to sort the results in ascending or descending order. For more information, see Viewing Mail Search Results.

Packages now sorted by date created when searching

When performing a package search, the search results now display the packages by date created, with the most recent packages appearing at the top of the results view.

Shipping Detail section added to mail search results

Shipping details are now available to users when performing a package search within the Shipping Detail section. For more information, see Performing a Mailing Search.

Delivery Type moved from Recipient Detail to Shipping Details

The Delivery Type was removed from the Recipient Detail section and added to the Shipping Detail section and renamed as Mailing Type.

Attn field added when using a Business Entity

When using a Business Entity, the Attn field now displays the contact name Recipient Detail section.

Error added as Status in Mailing Search Results

Any USPS mailings that have resulted in an error appear with an Error, the Description, and the Time/Date Stamp of the error in the Status History Detail section of the Mailing Search dialog.

Note: Mailings with an error status are a result of the carrier rejecting the mailing. Errors appearing on the Error Search tab appear when mailings cannot be generated.

Accounts option added to Fulfillment Manager

Accounts have replaced Organizations as the primary container for customer data. Users can now select a specific account from the Accounts dropdown to process a new transaction. Organizations now act as a means to organize transactions; for example: branches.

Note: The Accounts dropdown appears only if a user is assigned to multiple accounts.

Ability to export/extract all information for all requests

Users can download a .ZIP file containing the following information:

  • original transaction data
  • additional mailing data obtained from CASS Lookup if requested
  • PDFs - original & mailed
  • statuses' dates/time history
  • Affidavit if requested
  • USPS 3877 Image if requested
  • Postage Cost/Fulfillment Charges
  • Returned Mail Envelope Image if requested and status was returned
  • Signed green card/ecard if requested

From the Package Details section, click the DOWNLOAD DETAIL button. For more information, see Mailing Details screen.

Ability to display additional information

The following changes have been made to the Mailing Results dialog:

  • MAIL SEARCH page:
    • Case Number has been added to the search criteria.
    • EXPORT CSV button has been removed.
    • Case Number appears in the search results grid.

  • Mailing Detail dialog:
    • In the Package Detail section: Case Number, Control Number, Address Type, and Postage Charge Details have been added; a DOWNLOAD DETAIL button has been added.
    • In the Recipient Detail section: Document PDF and Signature Image have been removed.
    • A Document Detail section has been added, allowing users to view the document image.
    • In the Status History Detail section: a Description column has been added; this column displays a USPS-generated description regarding the letter.

Invalid user error addressed

Previously, a "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" error appeared when logging in as an invalid user.

A "Sorry, an error occurred while processing your request. You are not licensed for this product" message now appears when logging in as an invalid user.

Postage cost/fulfillment per transaction defined

A new DOWNLOADS section within the Fulfillment Manager application allows users to obtain a report of the postage cost/fulfillment per transaction. For more information, see Downloading Reports.
